Dual X58 "Phantom Gaming PC" - Can 2 x X5677 Xeons and a 5500 XT STREAM at over 144 FPS...? It's been a long time since I put together a Dual Xeon System, and thanks to Ryzen Threadripper Patches on Windows 10, the NUMA aware (dual CPU systems) are performing quite a lot better. Though what is the difference between this and a 9900KS with an ASRock Phantom Gaming 5500 XT at 1080p and 1440p? Also can this system stream fortnite whilst getting over 144 avg fps? Let's find out.
